We had completed this project for Molek Pine 4, with a built up area of 5, 910 sq.ft. penthouse designed with the owner’s lifestyle in mind.
What are the inspirations or concept behind the project ?
The design element revolves around the owner’s collection of vintage trove, from the entrance to various corners of the home the rare greats are placed strategically to display the beauty of classic elegance. Here, chinoiserie and contemporary style takes place at the heart of the home to blend with the heirloom collection. Step inside to a soothing color palette where the ceiling is designed to address you and wow to bring attention upward to feel the double volume of space. Showcasing the allure of spaces, hanging feature light captures as both decorative and functional element, while the indirect lighting effect bring, sophistication to the entire feel of the home. Bring traditional Chinese style and the contemporary modern language the interior design of the entire home to a new perspective, delighting in bringing rooms to life are timeless pieces adds character for spaces.
From the lattice green hand carved Chinese style which screen the family room and living room with subtle privacy, wooden trunks for display of stature doubling up as compartments, while unique artworks give prominent style of an artistically tasteful home. Incorporating with modern technology, the master bedroom features an intelligent window system that we had used to allow the open concept theme to come alive while giving privacy at the same time. With a calming backdrop that offers a relaxed and laid- back ambiance, Oriwise’s touches gives a sense of belonging home to what seems to be a mixture of the opulent Chinese era and the modern Tribeca style design.
