SUNWAY Iskandar – The Master Plan
As outlined in the Master Plan, the township is made up of six beautifully crafted precincts, each meticulously planned and equipped with comprehensive services and amenities nestling in a well-designed environment.

The development will be delivered in phases and the first precinct to be launched is the Lakeview precinct. Fronting the 20-acre emerald lake surrounded by mangroves with expansive views of the sea and the Singapore skyline, the Lakeview precinct offers lakeside living at its finest.
To date, Citrine at the Lakeview precinct, along with Sunway International School (SIS), has been lauched. Spanning across 5.22 acres, Citrine is a self sustaining mixed development comprising of retail suites, offices, and serviced apartments. The launch of the project has received a strong reception and Citrine office suits were sold out within weeks of its launch.
The latest launched projects within the Lakeview Precinct include the Emerald Residence which comprises link house, courtyard home, garden villa, link semi-D and semi-D and the Emerald Boulevard 88 collection, a development featuring 2 and 3 storey urban retail shops.
