Projects On the Horizon …

A number of new developments are expected to be launched in the Klang Valley, Ipoh, Penang and Johor in the next few years with portfolio covering health care, townhouses, condominiums, residences, retail shops and offices.

In 2016, properties with a GDV of RM1.6 billion across the following regions will be launched:

1. Central region-Sunway Geo Residences 3, Sunway Velocity office suites, Sunway Mont Residences, Mont Kiara and Sunway Gandaria Residences, Bangi.
2. Northern region-The Lost World Residences and Batu Maung Phase 3 Sunway Cassia, Penang.
3. Southern region-mixed developments in Sunway Iskandar with upcoming first landed residential development of the Emerald Residence featuring a collection of landed homes.

As a long-term developer, Sunway continues to seek land bank opportunities in strategic areas including the Klang Valley and focuses on developing joint venture developments with potential partners.

Infrastructure Development

The Coastal Highway Southern Link (CHSL) which will shorten the travel time between Singapore and Sunway Iskandar via the Second Link is also one of key highlights in the pipeline and Sunway Construction arm is one of the parties involved in bringing the project to fruition. There are also commuting plans in partnership with Causeway Link to provide buses catering for the residents who are commuting to and from Singapore.
